Sub-Assembly

We help you minimize your storage requirements by applying just-in-time (JIT) methodologies to assembly, inspection, and configuration of your materials to meet your or your customer’s requirements. Our team swings into action to assemble your finished products, utilizing our ISO 9001:2015 quality standards to send them to a point of consumption of your choosing.

Sequencing

Every part of our logistics process is optimized for maximum productivity and efficiency, which is why our sequencing services identify the exact order your component parts should be picked, shipped, and assembled in. This reduces handling time and saves floor space, allowing you to maximize your production capacity.

Kitting

While you sell complete solutions, they’re often stored as individual components or SKUs. The cost of picking and packing when you need to ship those solutions to their final point of use can disrupt your business, which is why our kitting service packages your frequently sold bundles into one SKU. When you’re ready to ship to your point of sale, the heavy lifting is already done.
